@TheKittykat100 It is a chain 3, skip 1 stitch. The written instructions are posted on my crochet blog, the link is below the video in the video description.
on the drawstring round at the start when you said that you are chaining 3 then right after that you said chain 1. so you r chaining 4 right?

I just finished this bag and even though it didn’t turn out exactly like it does in the beginning I am still proud of myself for giving this pattern a try. This is my first bag that I followed a patten for and not something I made off the top of my head.
