Thank you so much. I’m making my fifth prayer shawl with the picots around the edge and I am always confused when I get to the picots. My “teacher” is in Alaska for the summer and I was struggling. You’re video makes it so easy to finish. A million thanks!!! Blessings.

You will need to learn many of the crochet abbreviations so you can read the patterns. The other way is to learn to read the symbol chart so you can follow the pattern. A lot of crochet is written in abbreviations.
SC – Single Crochet
DC – Double Crochet
TC – Triple Crochet
